The last 24 hours brought sharp moves across smaller-cap tokens, with one large-cap standout and a cluster of double-digit percentage swings on both sides of the ledger. Trading volume tells much of the story here — several of today’s biggest gainers saw volume spike into the thousands of percent, a sign that real buying interest is behind the price action rather than thin, low-liquidity trading. On the losing side, most declines came with volume drying up, suggesting sellers didn’t need much force to push prices lower.
Quant (QNT) is today’s standout mover, jumping from $99.95 to $168.64, a gain of +68.72%. This move came with a serious surge in trading volume, up +317.39% to $385,217,310, which makes this rally look far more credible than a typical low-liquidity spike given Quant‘s ranking near the top 50 by market cap.
Quack AI (Q) climbed from $0.0241 to $0.0349, up +44.85%. Volume exploded alongside the price, rising +3,218.56% to $64,643,430, one of the clearest examples today of a move backed by heavy trading activity rather than a quiet, thinly traded pump.
Amp (AMP) rose from $0.0005063 to $0.0007058, a gain of +39.42%. Like Quack AI, this move was accompanied by a massive volume surge of +3,270.32%, with trading activity reaching $110,025,257, reinforcing that this wasn’t a low-participation move.
Talus (US) moved from $0.0216 to $0.0292, up +34.96%. Volume also increased here, up +55.73% to $7,127,372, a smaller but still meaningful uptick that adds some support to the price gain.
SOON (SOON) rounded out the top five gainers, climbing from $0.2021 to $0.2692, a rise of +33.25%. Trading volume jumped +521.91% to $32,649,084, another case where the price move came with genuine participation from traders rather than thin order books.
PHALA (PHA) led today’s decliners, falling from $0.0895 to $0.0742, a drop of -17.02%. This slide happened on notably lighter volume, down -68.68% to $80,634,651, suggesting sellers didn’t need heavy participation to push the price down.
Nillion (NIL) dropped from $0.1167 to $0.0995, down -14.74%. Trading activity also cooled off here, with volume falling -45.53% to $28,401,298, another sign of a relatively light-volume move rather than a heavily traded sell-off.
Not in Employment, Education, or Training (NEET) slid from $0.049 to $0.0423, a loss of -13.57%. Volume shrank alongside the price, down -61.38% to $2,213,734, consistent with a thin, low-conviction decline.
龙虾 (Lobster) (龙虾) fell from $0.1164 to $0.1013, down -12.99%. Volume also declined, off -39.08% to $16,992,846, again pointing to a relatively light-volume drop.
STONK (STONK) closed out the losers list, dropping from $0.3204 to $0.2813, a decline of -12.21%. Volume ticked up modestly here, rising +16.80% to $37,189,194, though the increase was mild enough that the move still reads as relatively light-volume selling rather than a heavily traded downturn.
These swings highlight how volatile smaller-cap tokens can be over a single day, while Quant’s large gain stands out for coming with genuinely heavy trading volume behind it. As always, past 24-hour performance is not predictive of what happens next, and traders should treat these figures as a snapshot rather than a forecast.
