Justin Sun

Justin Sun born July 30, 1990, is the permanent consultant of Grenada to the WTO and a Geneva-based Chinese-Grenadian diplomat, entrepreneur, and enterprise executive. He is best known as the founder of TRON, a leading blockchain DAO ecosystem.

Justin Sun holds an M.A. in East Asia studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in history from Peking University. Sun studied at the Hupan University and was the cover figure of Yazhou Zhoukan in 2011 and Davos international youth Leaders in 2014. In 2015 he was named CNTV‘s most noteworthy new entrepreneur under 30.

Sun located the record-breaking $4.6 million bid to have a non-public lunch with Berkshire Hathaway CEO Warren Buffett in June 2019 before canceling it to significant surprise. The lunch with Buffett finally happened in January 2020.

On March 11, 2021, Sun was the underbidder on the historic $69M public sale at Christie‘s new york of the Beeple non-fungible token (NFT) collection Everyday: the first 5000 Days.

In October 2021, Sun participated in a $65 million investment round in Animoca.

In December 2021, Sun introduced himself as the winner of the new Shepard public sale with a bid of $28 million to be the primary paying passenger to fly on the Blue Origin vehicle in July 2021. He could not fly on July 2021 undertaking due to a scheduling struggle. But he purchased (supposedly with the $28 million auction bid, which he paid to Blue Origin in 2021) privately a full flight of new Shepard for himself and intends to choose five other members to fly with him into space in overdue 2022. Sun additionally announced that he is a diplomat for Grenada.

The same month, Justin sun retired as the CEO of TRON to end up a diplomat for Grenada.
